Kerry Bianchi

Kerry Bianchi,
President and chief executive officer at Collective

As president and chief executive officer, Kerry is responsible for driving strategic direction and business execution across the entire organization. Kerry joined Collective in 2015 and held the roles of both chief operating officer and president before assuming the CEO role in 2017. Kerry is a past winner of Brand Innovators “Top 50 Women in Brand Marketing” and brings to Collective over 25 years of experience in media, advertising and consulting.

Prior to Collective, Kerry was at E*TRADE Financial overseeing the company’s paid media, agencies, martech and analytics partners. She has served as Managing Director for the global media management consulting division at Accenture, leading business development and services for its enterprise media and analytics practice. Earlier in her career, Kerry held senior leadership roles at Reader’s Digest, Time Inc., Hill Holliday and TBWA Chiat Day. Kerry received her BA from Claremont McKenna College.

Palo Sironi

Paolo Sironi,
Global thought leader at IBM Watson Financial Services

Paolo is a thought leader at IBM Watson Financial Services. He is a recognized author on topics such as quantitative finance and innovation, demonstrating international expertise in investment management, risk management, and corporate banking.

As a pioneer in FinTech digitization, Paolo founded a FinTech joint-venture to augment personal finance. He joined IBM in 2012 following the acquisition of funding partner Algorithmics– itself a world leader of risk management solutions. Paolo was previously head of market and counterparty risk modeling at Banca Intesa Sanpaolo.

Mark Bruno

Mark Bruno,

Mark Bruno is the associate publisher at InvestmentNews, responsible for its digital content strategy and research businesses. He is an award-winning journalist, author, and researcher who has written and edited for a number of financial publications over the last decade, including InvestmentNews, Financial Week, and Pensions & Investments.

Mark has been recognized with multiple accolades for his writing and reporting, including the American Business Media's prestigious Jesse H. Anish Shah

Anish Shah,
Principal at Marakon

Anish Shah is a Principal at Marakon. He focuses on strategy and operating model work at wealth and asset management firms. Before joining Marakon, he held multiple leadership roles at E*TRADE Financial.

As Head of Customer Engagement at E*TRADE, Anish led acquisition, cross-sell and retention efforts for existing customers. Further, he led the customer experience function for the firm, focused on improving digital and live customer experience across critical touch-points.

Uday Singh

Uday Singh,
Partner, financial services at A.T. Kearney

Uday Singh is a partner with A.T. Kearney in the Financial Institutions Practice. He has extensive industry and consulting experience with a focus on top-line engagements in asset management, wealth, and banking. He also specializes in front-to-back office operating model design, efficiency and effectiveness improvement, and operations and channels optimization.

Before joining A.T. Kearney, Uday worked as a senior consultant with Arthur Andersen, where he focused on derivatives and trading risk management, and as an analyst specializing in structured products for LG& Energy. He earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Delhi’s Shri Ram College of Commerce and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.

Kyle Okimoto is the Founder of Market Junctions, where he enables financial services clients more efficiently capture growth through improved planning, teamwork, and integration across digital and live channels.

Prior to Market Junctions, Kyle was the Head of Marketing at E*TRADE Financial, where he was responsible for acquiring new customers and deepening existing relationships through advertising, digital and live experiences, social media, data-driven customer engagement campaigns, events, and sponsorships.

Angela Pecoraro

Angela Pecoraro,
Chief executive officer at Advicent

As chief executive officer, Angela leads the global executive team steering them toward a common mission of delivering state-of-the-art technology to clients of all sizes worldwide. Her personal goal at Advicent is to perfect the customer experience and create extremely satisfied, life-long clients as well as develop a team of first-in-class leaders across the business.

Prior to Advicent, Angela worked at Zywave in a number of roles, most recently as senior vice president of Professional Services and Global Support. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Alverno College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.


George Fischer,
Senior vice president, product & technology at Advicent

With over 12 years of experience delivering investment products and digital solutions to investors, George Fischer currently serves as senior vice president of global product & technology at Advicent. George brings a strong vision to our global product strategy through our product development, user experience and business analysis teams.

Prior to joining Advicent, Fischer was the senior vice president of trading, margin lending, and cash management for E*Trade Financial where he was the head of the active trading, margin lending, and cash management lines of business for the firm. He also founded the telecommunication software company NetAdvantage and held management consulting roles with Navigant Consulting.

Tony Stich

Anthony Stich has one goal: to develop a team of exceptional marketing leaders across the globe, empowering them with the latest methods of strategic planning, content development, and lead generation to successfully grow Advicent, the leading provider of SaaS technology solutions for the financial services industry, into a global brand. Prior to Advicent, Stich was marketing manager and assistant vice president at Bank Mutual, the largest Milwaukee-based bank with over $2.3 billion in assets and 76 bank offices.
